SolidWorks Corporation partners with GlobalVision International, Inc. to simultaneously release SolidWorks 98® in six languages

Hudson, MA, May 1, 1998 - GlobalVision International, Inc. today announced that its partnership with SolidWorks Corporation allowed the release of SolidWorks 98 solid modeling software to be released in six languages simultaneously. In addition to English, SolidWorks 98 is fully localized in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.

"Our elaborate localization methodology, coupled with SolidWorks' intimate knowledge of the CAD industry, allowed us to leverage translation and terminology to shrink the project schedule from months to weeks."
