Ecovation, Inc. is a
provider of industrial wastewater treatment
solutions. As a small company, we need to find
companies who provide quality support without
overtaxing our limited internal resources. When
we acquired Krofta Technologies in Spring 2005,
one of the first requests they made was to
convert our sales materials to Spanish for their
new sales reps in South America and Mexico.
Although I had no experience with
localization/translation services, I was
fortunate to have information on hand for
GlobalVision International and gave them a call.
Without their assistance, this could have been a
daunting task. Instead, everything went smoothly
and the accuracy of the conversion was
exceptional. Our sales reps were pleased with
our ability to get these materials in their
hands as quickly as we did.
It can sometimes be challenging to find
companies who are willing to take on the
smaller, single projects with the same level of
quality and service as they would for larger
projects and clients. The communication and
responsiveness from GlobalVision could not have
been better. We have been extremely pleased that
we have found the right company to go to as we
expand into other international markets.
