I am quite positively impressed. You met
a very demanding schedule with a minimum of fuss
required on my part. That is a big bonus for me.
I haven't had to nurse this project along. What
I can assess of the translations, i.e.,
primarily formatting, looks fine to me, and I
know from experience that there is significant
potential for errors in formatting, which for
other projects have required significant amounts
of my time to correct. So again, I am pleased.
We're off to a great start with you. After a few
more projects and feedback from international
affiliates and customers, if it is of interest
to you, I'd like to sit down with you and
discuss what you proposed previously, that is an
agreement or contract for rates based on us
using you as our preferred or perhaps sole
provider of localization and medical translation services, at least for
projects under my control, which is the vast
majority of our company's needs. Even if you
don't wish to go in this direction, I expect
I'll continue to use you on a per project basis
because your rates are already low and I have
not discerned problems with your performance.
I do appreciate the significant bonus cost
savings your absorbing the cost of changes for
these two projects represents. Thank you very
much.
