We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager
professional to be responsible for identifying
and closing sales in several territories.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of successful inside sales
experience within a service industry
• Ability to carry a quota and deliver
consistently
• Strong phone/email communication skills
• Good computer skills and Working knowledge of Act or similar CRM
solutions
Duties:
Researching, prospecting, 20 cold calls per
day, qualifying, following up on company
provided leads, mailing and e-mailing literature
and company information, setting up meetings,
generating proposals, following up on open
proposals, entering activities daily in Act,
closing business, meeting quotas, and such other
duties, tasks and work as may be assigned.

efforts. The ideal candidate will have a:
• B.S. degree, preferably in the technical,
business or language fields
• 2+ Years of Experience in project
management
• Technical understanding of software,
manuals, help, WWW & other documents file
formats
• Infinite attention to details, schedules,
budgets and customer requirements
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Proactive with ability and desire to work
independently and in a small professional
environment
Duties include:
• Creating project specs plans and schedules
• Evaluating translators, negotiating rates
and augmenting resource database
• Assembling projects teams
• Coordinating with clients the specific
project requirements
• Coordinating and monitoring localization
teams and clients' expectations
• Making necessary adjustment to project
plans when required
• Meeting Quality, Budget and Schedule
requirements on every project
• Organizing and backing up project files,
databases, glossaries...
• Ensuring client and end-user satisfaction
every time
You will rely on gvAccess, Translation Memory tools like Trados, Catalyst and home-grown gvTools, macros,
and filters, to prepare files and to make the
translation tasks as easy as possible to all
translators and other project managers. The job
will always be challenging technically and
logistically.

DTP Specialist, Beirut, Lebanon
We are currently seeking a talented Desktop
Publishing specialist to assist in the desktop
publishing, layout and typesetting of our
localization projects. The ideal candidate will have a:
• B.S. degree, preferably in the technical fields
• 1+ Year of Experience in using authoring
tools like QuarkXPress, InDesign, HTML, ...
• Technical understanding of software,
manuals, help, WWW & other documents file
formats
• Infinite attention to details, schedules and
requirements
• Good English communications skills
• Proactive with ability and desire to work
in a small professional
environment
Duties include:
• Performing desktop publishing tasks into
FrameMaker, MS Word, QuarkXPress, HTML, XML, ...
• Capturing dialog box images from localized
applications in many languages
• Quality Assurance (QA) of localized files
and applications
• File processing to simplify the
localization process
Eagerness to learn and exceed expectations is
expected on this job. You will be trained on the
use of the tools and on our client requirements.
