Community Support Benefits the Jimmy-Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Westborough, MA, August, 2007 – For the fourth year in a row, GlobalVision International, Inc., a specialist in localization and translation services, sponsors a rider at the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge (PMC – www.pmc.org).
The challenge is a 192-mile bike-a-thon, which takes place in August of each year. This fundraiser supports The Jimmy-Fund, the fundraising arm of The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the premier cancer research and treatment facilities in the world.
“The ride went great,” said Graham Rae of Team SolidWorks.
“Day 1 was a bit too hot and humid but day 2 was superb.
As always, the event was superbly organized – great support
from 100′s of happy people running the food stops, food,
medical, bike tech etc., plus lots of people out on the
streets cheering us on.”
“We are very proud to contribute to this fantastic effort,” said Nabil Freij, President of GlobalVision. “Team SolidWorks and all the riders set a great example to follow in support for our community and this great cause!”
