GlobalVision International Announces Opening Offices in Eastern Europe

Hudson, MA, August 3, 1999 - GlobalVision International, Inc. officially announced today the beginning of its operations in Eastern Europe, with the forming of a fully owned division in Bulgaria.

"Owning overseas production centers is a necessity in today's global economy. They provide access to highly skilled talents at very competitive labor rates and enable international presence that is essential for the localization industry", said Nabil Freij, President of GlobalVision International. "Our U.S. based customers continue to demand timely, cost-effective services, and we will continue to expand our overseas production centers to deliver."

The newly formed production center will deliver engineering, QA, desk-top publishing, internationalization (double-byte, UNICODE and bi-directional enabling), as well as translation services to Eastern European languages, which are coming more into demand as software companies turn their attention to target Eastern European emerging economies.

GlobalVision International is strategically targeting geographical areas around the world for new offices. With its current offices in the US, Japan, Europe and the Near East, the company can effectively handle not only Latin based languages but also other key languages with double-byte or bi-directional requirements.
