GlobalVision International, Inc. Announces Results Of The 2003 Client Satisfaction Survey
95% To Recommend The Company’s Services To Others!


Westborough, MA, January 14, 2004 – GlobalVision International, Inc., a specialist in software localization and translation, announced today the results of its bi-annual Client Satisfaction Survey, conducted in December, 2003.

The survey measured the satisfaction level of GlobalVision's client base. The following are the highlights of the survey:

89% of the respondents are extremely or very satisfied. 95% would recommend GlobalVision’s services to others.

100% of the respondents stated that it is very easy to work with GlobalVision.

88% stated that GlobalVision's employees are experts in their field and 100% of the respondents said that GlobalVision was responsive to their needs. 89% of the respondents stated that they had encountered no problems while using GlobalVision’s services.

85% of the respondents that are familiar with our competitors’ services said that GlobalVision’s services are better.

One respondent, who has been a client for over 3 years wrote: “The GlobalVision team members have always been very professional and do what they say they will do. We have been very pleased with the projects we have outsourced to them over the years. Keep up the good work!”

“The folks at your company were very knowledgeable and kind. Any questions or changes that came up were addressed immediately”, an anonymous respondent stated. He or she then added, "Overall, I am very pleased with GlobalVision and if someone asked for a recommendation for localization services, I would certainly recommend you”.
